Over time we have been driven further and further away from our bodies, and distanced from our own inner knowing of our body's needs. Opinions on the "right" way to eat are scattered across social media and the online world, and I have been watching as eating is becoming more of a stressful and fearful task for many.

The truth is every single body is different, and health is multifaceted. As we learn the basics of a nutrient dense diet and the signals our body is giving us, nourishing ourselves daily becomes less overwhelming, and more of an intuitive knowing.

I approach health from a holistic and functional medicine perspective, and strongly believe the body is designed to heal itself, should we provide it what it needs to do so. Whatever your goals or health concerns may be, I would be honored to guide you on this journey back to your ultimate health.
